Is Aloha Laundry Life a franchise?

NO…ALL is a home based business opportunity for millions of Americans out of work or looking to fire their boss. It is a very low start-up business with very very low overhead, but pays out MUCH higher than UBER, Door Dash or any of the gigs offered by Corporate America, who seem to be motivated by greed. As a Master Licensee, you are helping local entrepreneurs and clients make money and save time, while supporting economies and initiatives that will be developed.

As a Master Licensee what are my duties and responsibilities?

The Master Licensees for ALL is a passive opportunity with absolutely NO requirements in time or effort, however, for those interested in helping to build their territory, you have the OPTION to participate in accelerating the growth (and have the opportunity to earn even more). Training is available for MLs that want to help in the building process. As a Master Licensee you are getting in at the lowest possible cost, based upon population. However, once revenue is being generated the value of the license can rise exponentially, especially since it is a passive business.

Is there a cap or guarantee on my earnings as a Master Licensee for ALL?

NO & NO. Although we cannot guarantee your earnings, we have developed a revenue share model that is based on many years of success with other Master License programs that we developed over the past 15 years. Instead of going out for venture capital with Shark Tank folks or Private Equity firms that operate on greed, we share revenue with visionary entrepreneurs that want to participate in the UBER of Laundry Service.

Since this is a new company, do you have any references of others who may have purchased a territory with you that I can speak with?

YES…upon request, we can give you the contact info of Master Licensees who previously purchased a territory with us; including MLs from iDealFurniture, PerfectDreamer Mattress, and partners from KozyFurniture and WhiteGlove4Less.

Can I resell the Master License for a higher price down the road?

YES, ABSOLUTELY! We are contracted and minority owned by Advanced Licensing, LLC the fastest growing licensing agency in the United States. You have the option of selling the license yourself or you can contract with Advanced Licensing to resell your license for you on straight commission when you are ready to sell. As a Master Licensee, you are getting in at the lowest possible cost, based on population. Once revenue is being generated, the value of the license can rise exponentially.

Where do you process the laundry?

We process all laundry at a laundromat, not at operators’ homes. We believe your clothes should be processed in a clean and sanitary environment, so we have partnered up with local vetted laundromats.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to license exclusive territories in our rapidly growing national company.

TERRITORY LICENSES AVAILABLE

Licenses are available for Regions (multi-state), States, or smaller Areas defined by ZIP code, city or county.

You’ll be supported by our national and local sales team, who help to sell licenses within your territory and expand our network of services to Market Developers & Wash Dry Fold Operators as well as their Clients.

The Aloha Laundry Life Master License appeals to the Entrepreneur who wants to earn a strong income without personally doing laundry or making deliveries.

AREA LICENSE SPECIFICS

Area Licensee owns the rights to a specific territory; pricing is determined by the level of population within the territory’s border.

Area Licensee receives payments under an Area License Agreement which is equal to:

3% of all services provided in Licensee’s Territory

20% of Market Developer initial and monthly fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory.

STATE MASTER LICENSE SPECIFICS

State Master Licensee owns the rights to an entire State; pricing is determined based upon the total population.

State Master Licensee receives payments under a State Master License Agreement which is equal to:

3% of all services provided in Licensee’s Territory

10% of Market Developer initial and monthly fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory.

10% of Area License fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory

REGION MASTER LICENSE SPECIFICS

Region Master License pricing is based upon the total population of all States included in that particular region.
There are 10 Regions in the US.

Region Master Licensee receives payments under a Region Master License Agreement and is equal to:

1.5% of all services provided in Licensee’s Territory

10% of Market Developer initial and monthly fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory.

10% of Area License fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory

20% of State License fees collected by ALL in Licensee’s territory

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Market Developers are independent business owners who process the laundry for their Clients and so receive the bulk of the Laundry Load fee.

For every client laundry load processed, Market Developer receives 80% and Aloha Laundry Life receives 20%

From this 20%, Aloha Laundry Life retains 12.5% to maintain and expand the business, and Territory Licensees receive their contractual percentage from every load of laundry processed by the Aloha Laundry Life Market Developers within their owned territory.
