Make your bedroom cool, dark and quiet:
Exercise regularly: 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day can improve sleep quality.
Limit your caffeine intake: The less caffeine one consumes, the more sensitive one may be to its effects.
Go to bed only when tired: If you don’t fall asleep within 20 minutes of going to bed don’t frustrate yourself by forcing it. Try a relaxing activity until you start to get tired or fall asleep.
