They came when they said they would and were fantastic to deal with. We had them come to give us a quote on fixing what we thought was a slow leak from a pipe. But after looking, they said it didn&#8217;t look like there was a leak and suggested testing the system. We agreed to pay the hourly rate and they did the test and everything was great. Since we were still well within the hour, we asked them to also look at a pipe in the attic that our home inspection had tagged. They figured out that that was leaking and fixed the problem. I also appreciated that Eric pulled the permit for the work when other plumbers told me they wouldn&#8217;t &#8212; or oddly, they&#8217;d pull a permit &#8220;after the work was completed&#8221; [insert side eye]. This meant no using the sink, no running the dishwasher. I called ET around 4:30pm and they sent someone out at 10:30 am the next day. They verified it was the garbage disposal, quoted me and fixed it. Very happy with the prompt service. This was the second time I have used them and found them really good at communicating and getting the job done in a timely manner (first time was for a shower diverter valve). I also appreciated that Eric pulled the permit for the work when other plumbers told me they wouldn&#39;t &#8212; or oddly, they&#39;d pull a permit &#8220;after the work was completed&#8221; [insert side eye].
